- When you’re telling your own story, there are so many dots you don’t connect because you’re not thinking the whole thing through. The beginning and the end are obvious but you miss steps along the way.
- When you put your producer hat on you realize you’re skipping from Point A to Point D, and you start going back and you find out that you skipped over all of these emotional beats.
- Try asking yourself these questions to get to the heart of your story:
- Why did you start your product/service?
- Once you find the why, uncover the story behind the why. What was the solution to solving your problem, and how did you come up with it?
- What do you want people to do once they hear your story?
