The struggle is real!
How many of you think you don’t have enough time to do the things you really want? At the end of the day do you feel defeated like there’s another day that just passed me by?
Do any of you feel stuck in a routine that does not serve you and numbs the mind??
Let me help you snap out of it! If this is you on most days where you are living for Friday and dread Monday, take the weekend to do the following:
1. List the top 3 things you love to do in life that bring you Joy/fulfillment.
2. Look at your daily schedule and see where you can fit at least one of these things in for 10 minutes or less.
3. Schedule it and commit to yourself to follow through on doing at least 1 if not all three everyday for the next 60 days. Then, let us know what happens.
I guarantee you will have an energy shift that will help you break through the mundane. If you fit these three things in first thing in the morning, your whole day is brighter!
