In Person - Personal Assistant Wanted!

If you are a nurturing, organized, task oriented, and tech savvy person, Kareen needs you in her life and business! We are looking for a hybrid role that marries personal and executive assistance for Kareen in her home life and business life. Having her business for over 10 years now, where most of her work is done out of her home office in between client visits, she needs someone who can assist in making her daily life more efficient so she can serve her clients and her schedule with ease. 

Flexibility and attentiveness are key to working with Kareen. She moves at a fast pace when she is energized about her client work, speaking engagements, and training - however she also knows the value of slowing down and scheduling in her self care. She is looking for support from someone who has the ability to see ahead and meet her needs without having to ask too many questions once accustomed to the tasks under your management.  Ideal person would be able to anticipate Kareen’s needs before she asks for it. 

Ultimately, you will work directly with Kareen to help her accomplish daily activities, so she can focus on her busy life and scaling her business.  

Responsibilities include:  

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of home office and maintaining organization in the home
  • Arrangement of appointments for household maintenance and being first point of contact for services to maintain the home
  • Run local errands
  • Make sure the interior of the house is tidy and well- maintained
  • Organizing and preparing meals for Kareen during the week 
  • Preparing for and coordinated hosted meetings with clients and in home workshops
  • Able to coordinate and  travel with Kareen, as needed, for support on the road 
  • Maintaining inventory of household supplies and food. Shopping to replenish supply when needed
  • Maintain her schedule of personal appointments to help her with her health management
  • Assist with social media post creation and posting across Kareen’s accounts when requested
  • Assist with calendar management and coordination with virtual support team regarding client coordination and website change management requests
  • Additional duties may be assigned to make Kareen’s life more efficient once trust is built

Requirements and skills: 

  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • 4 Years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/House Manager
  • Computer literacy with gdrive, microsoft office, google calendar, iphone apps
  • Organizational skills and ability to create efficiencies
  • Booking travel and accommodations on behalf of someone else
  • Proven ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Valid US driver's license

References and Background Check Required

Initial start 40 hours a month to build up from there

Rate - TBD based on experience and fit for the role
